Analyser: New Amiga Format Added: * DiskSpare, used by at least some Amiga User International coverdisks.

FDC Emulator changes: Added index pulse feature to the WD1772 as tested on real hardware using a SAM coupé. Clearing the emulated signal might be deferred depending on machine state (otherwise it would be too expensive), but this should nicely emulate the slight randomness of the signal duraton as a nice side effect.
